NEW YORK — February 5, 2021 — Justworks, the nation’s fastest-growing HR technology company, was awarded with two Gold and a Silver Stevie® Awards in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Justworks received a Gold award for Sales Diversity and Inclusivity Initiative of the Year, a Gold award for Most Valuable COVID-19 Response by a Sales Team and a Silver award in the highly competitive Customer Service Department of the Year category. This is the fourth consecutive year Justworks’ Customer Success team was awarded these honors.
Justworks Sales team was nominated by ValueSelling and recognized for its COVID-19 and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts in 2020. For COVID-19 response, the team was awarded for its focus on education and empathy when working with customers and prospects. Mobilizing quickly allowed Justworks to build valuable tools, services and resources to help small business owners navigate the pandemic. Fostering an environment that encourages employees to ‘Just Be You’ is the base of Justworks’ DEI initiatives. The company was awarded a Gold Stevie for a number of its efforts over the last year incuding anti-racist trainings, mental health efforts, professional development opportunities for BIPOC employees, monthly short film and debrief on DEI topics, and weekly meditation classes geared toward how to manage stress and anxiety during these challenging times.
Justworks’ Customer Success team was acknowledged for the launch of its Quality Assurance (QA) function, continued investment in Floor Coaching, innovative and human approach to health insurance renewals, and its new anti-harassment policy implemented as part of the company’s BLM commitments. This helped to ensure that scale and remote work would not dilute the company’s CS expertise levels. As a result, Justworks achieved record-high NPS of 65+ across all users, maintaining its world-class customer retention during the depths of the COVID-19 crisis in April.
