Justworks Ranked #2 by Selling Power’s “50 Best Companies to Sell For in 2018”

Selling Power awards Justworks’ industry-leading sales culture, training, and enablement.

NEW YORK – August 7, 2018 – Justworks, the fastest growing HR technology platform that helps entrepreneurs and businesses grow with confidence, today announced that it ranked #2 on the Selling Power “50 Best Companies to Sell For in 2018” list. The list was compiled by Selling Power’s corporate research team, which analyzes and ranks the best businesses to sell for each year. The rankings are based on an in-depth assessment of a company’s compensation and benefits, sales-rep onboarding and sales enablement, sales training and coaching, and sales culture.

“We are thrilled to be honored with such a high ranking by Selling Power for the second year in a row,” said Rob Lopez, Senior Vice President of Sales at Justworks. “As a company, we believe starting, running, and joining a growing business should be an accessible option for all, and empowering our salespeople is foundational to making that vision a reality. This win demonstrates our continued investment in a sales culture that is true to Justworks’ core values of camaraderie, openness, grit, integrity, and simplicity, as well as the hard work of our team who act as trusted advisors and partners to thousands of businesses across all 50 U.S. states.”

Selling Power’s list, now in its 18th year, encompasses companies of all sizes – with sales teams of fewer than 100 to those with numbers in the thousands. Ranking at #2, Justworks, which has raised $93M in venture financing and has just under 400 total employees, has already surpassed the sales teams of numerous publicly-traded corporations and household names in the technology and SaaS arenas.

“It takes a shared effort across the company,” said Lopez, “as a small team, we couldn’t have achieved this as a salesforce alone. It’s a testament to the support of marketing, revenue operations, and, of course, engineering, product, and customer success.” The latest rankings from Selling Power reinforce Justworks’ position as an industry leader in redefining benefits, payroll, HR tools, and compliance support for growing businesses.

“The companies on this year’s list represent the future of selling,” says Selling Power magazine founder and publisher Gerhard Gschwandtner. “We are living in the age of sales enablement. To win at an elite level, salespeople need the support of excellent sales training, the right technology, and great sales coaching. The 50 Best Companies to Sell For have made the right investments, culturally and financially, to make sure their salespeople have every advantage as they compete to win deals and generate more revenue.”
